We want you to be completely satisfied with your GUESS Watches purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached. Please note that personalized or engraved timepieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the watch you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.

• 3.
  Package the Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch back into its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton along with the original packing slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
